Coney Island is a small island at the eastern end of Hamilton parish. Connected to the mainland by a small bridge, the park is a relaxing place for a peaceful afternoon overlooking the ocean.
As the former site of a motocross track, there are many trails for visitors to explore as well as a small bay and fort. At the eastern point of the island you can look across to Ferry Reach, the northern shoreline gives you a view of Dockyard on a clear day and the southern shoreline borders Castle Harbour.
You can get to there by following the section of the railway trail east of Flatt’s Village.
